No, this is not a mistake, i have not just posted a random jockey outfit on a Kate Moss blog. This is actually a creation by Kate herself! Kate Moss has been selected (among others - Vivienne Westwood, Bella Freud, Stella McCartney.. the list goes on) to design a set of silks for the 2012 Magnolia Cup race at Glorious Goodwood. The lucky race goer who will wear Kate’s outfit is model Rosemary Ferguson who raced in last years event.
For those of us not up to speed on horse racing, the Magnolia Cup is a charity horse race held in aid of Great Ormand Street hospital. This year will be the second year of the Magnolia Cup, but a first for Kate to get her creativity on for a jockey outfit. The ‘Ladies Day’ race is set to take place on the 2cnd of August at Glorious Goodwood race course.
